Prepare for your counseling session

To provide the most value to clients, it is essential that our counselors have a clear picture of your business situation. Therefore, we request that all clients complete one questionnaire from block "1)" and one from block "2)". This is in addition to the required registration form.

If you are currently in business and have had more than six months of business expenses complete: Currently Operating a Business
